By the end of 2003, New York and London based CSG Group has taken over the P&A Corporate Services firm operating in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein since the early 1990s. DDr Reinhard Proksch will remain as Managing Director and CEO at least until 2006. Dr Birgit Proksch, in return, will become Managing Director of the CSG Media Division which specializes in DVD and Online Seminars and a Personality Series.



A New Liechtenstein Joint Venture Agreement expands the P&A Corporate Services Trust's services to HNWI's in 2003. Also litigation services are now offered in Liechtenstein. In addition, office locations in Schaan and Triesen are offering services in almost all Liechtenstein communities: The Vaduz and Ruggell offices of P&A Corporate Services Trust remain as is.
